Matt Ford Comets Selfie Contest

As one of the top sponsors of the Missouri Comets, we are getting pretty involved this year. We will be hosting five 50/50 raffles, and we will also be doing something that is fun for everyone. During every home game we will be hosting the Matt Ford Comets selfie contest, and if you are looking to win season tickets to next year’s season or a brand-new Olympus Stylus Tough TG-850 camera, you can do so by taking a selfie and sharing it with us on social media. Here’s how it all works.

At any point during the game, all you have to do is stop by our booth, take a selfie with the cutouts and send it out to any one of your social media profiles using the hashtag #MattFordComets so that we can find it. You can post it on your Facebook, Twitter or Instagram profile using the hashtag, but you can also just share it with us on our Facebook page.

After the last home game, we will take our favorite five selfie pictures and put them to a vote. The person in the selfie photo with the highest number of votes will be rewarded with a set of four season tickets for next year’s Missouri Comets season, and the runner-up will receive the selfie-friendly Olympus Stylus camera that we mentioned earlier. The camera is waterproof and it has a flip-up LCD display screen that makes it one of the most effective at snapping quality selfie photos.

Again, our booth will be there for every home game. Just keep an eye out for the cardboard cutouts. We look forward to seeing all of your selfies this season, but remember to attach the #MattFordComets hashtag when you send them out, or to be safe, just post them on our Facebook wall so that we don’t miss any of them. We can’t wait to see what you all come up with. See you at the Independence Events Center!
